Important Information REGARDING DELIVERIES Mail Delays
Due to the continued thaw and the incredible effort by our couriers in all depots over the weekend, we have been able to deliver most parcels affected by the bad weather over the last two weeks. There are still some delays in the areas affected by the worst weather, namely in Scotland, North East England and South East London, as detailed is in THIS PDF DOCUMENT
Whilst our couriers have not been able to collect orders since the latter part of last week they have started collecting orders again Tuesday 14th December. However, in order for us to be able to deliver these parcels by Christmas, we will not be able to take any more orders after Friday 20thDecember - this will be the last despatch date for deliveries before Christmas.
OPENING TIMES AND RESPONSE TIMES OVER CHRISTMAS:
We will be closed for Christmas from 5.00pm on Friday 24th December and open again on Tuesday 4th January.
Emails sent over the Christmas holiday will be answered the first week we get back. Please allow a couple of extra days for email replies while we catch up with all the ones received while we were closed.
Orders received over the Christmas holiday will be sent out the week that we return. Again, please allow a few extra days for delivery while we catch up with the build up.
The technical support lines will be open again on Tuesday 4th January but we expect them to be very busy for the first few days back. If you can not get through on the phone please email or call us at a less busy time such as in the afternoons and towards the end of the week.
