X Nitro RC are committed to maintaining your privacy, and hereby confirm we do not have any visibility of your credit card details. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, are used for the purpose of processing your order only. This information is used lawfully, and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Order and Shipping

All prices are charged in Sterling, our minimum total order value is £ 0.99, exclusive of postage and packing where charges will be calculated upon weight, evident at the checkout stage.

Items are sent using first class recorded post or a 24 hour courier. Please note models and parts ordered will take 3-5 days depending on the model ordered most of our models and parts are 2-3 days. In some rare cases Royal Mail or couriers can be delayed by a day or so but we have found in well over 95% of deliveries they will deliver on time.

Delivery for models over £250.00 in mainland UK is FREE. For parts orders and export orders delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that during busy periods (like Christmas) some items may take a day or so longer.

Returns

If for any reason you need to return an item please first read the below important information:

A lot of the products we sell are proper hobby models and it is normal for beginners to sometimes struggle when using for the first time and therefore think there may be a problem with the product. With a little help and advice a lot of beginners who thought they may have a problem actually find they were just making a simple mistake and that their model is in perfect working order.

If you are returning due to a technical issue please ensure that you have first read through our help pages at help & advice if that does not help and that you have emailed (sales@xnitrorc.co.uk) or called (0115 8758460) to make sure that there is not a simple solution to your problem.

If you are not fully satisfied with any item purchased from this website, we offer a money back garentee. There will be a 20% restocking fee charged for non defective returned items. Postage is non refundable under any circumstances, The buyer is responsible for all postal costs. All refunds will be deducted postage charge.

Model returns

If you are not fully satisfied with a model purchased, you can return it to us within 30 days in an unused / new condition as it was sent to you. We are unable to accept models for return if fuel has been passed through the engine. Once it has been used, it is in an unsaleable condition so is not eligible for return. Please do not under any circumstances return a model to us until we have discussed the return process to you. We will not accept any models that are sent without our concent. This will force the carrier to return it back to you if there is a return address label afixed.

Other Item Returns

If you have purchased any item (other than a model) from us that you are unsatisfied with or you purchased in error, You can return it to us in an unused condition and in it's original packaging within 30 days from invoice date. Engines are non returnable if fuel has passed through them.

Please Note

It is your responsibility as the buyer to read all terms and conditions of any website that you purchase from. If you do not fully agree to our terms and conditions including the returns policy then please do not purchase from us.

If after contacting us you still need to return your model please fill out the below form, print and sign, and then attach to the outside of the package. Parcels will be rejected if this form is not attached to the outside of the package and completed in full. Returns should be sent to:
